Autumn Hill Manor is a family owned and operated Independent and Assisted Living facility located in Weatherford, Texas, off Main Street in a picturesque residential neighborhood south of Weatherford's historic square. We are near the medical, hospital and shopping districts. Autumn Hill Manor is a very small and peaceful facility— intimate enough to provide personalized attention to your loved one.

What We Offer
Autumn Hill Manor is located in the heart of historical downtown Weatherford, sitting on five beautiful acres of land, offering both privacy and convenience. Our facilities are small and offer a home-like atmosphere unequalled to the other facilities available in our area.
We have a wonderful staff of full time professionals with a combined total of 30 years experience. Our trained caregivers are chosen not only for experience and qualifications, but also for their compassion and respect of the residents. The bottom line for everything we do is the resident--providing not only a place to live, but creating a home that is filled with laughter, love and safety.
