About The Lodge of Colonial

To create the ideal assisted living community, The Lodge of Colonial went straight to the experts- people like you- who have taught us that you want to maintain control of your life, that your independence is critical to your health and dignity. Here at The Lodge of Colonial we are the helping hand close by whenever you need it, a warm atmosphere, a home you can rely on for sound financial backing, delicious food, and good friends. And to help you enjoy each day, we offer what no one else care: continued commitment to The Lodge of Colonial tradition of caring service. Every member of our staff has been selected and trained to be responsive of your needs.

Built in 2004, The Lodge of Colonial is both a Retirement and Assisted Living community. You don't just get a room, you get a complete apartment complete with a bathroom, small kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There are no non-refundable deposit and no long-term leases. Your only outside expense is the telephone. Please read over our services and amenities to get a better view of what we provide here at the Lodge of Colonial.

Services at The Lodge of Colonial

As a Colonial Lodge resident, you will find that a host of services have been provided for your comfort, safety, and convenience. The following services are available to the residents of Colonial Lodge:

Twice weekly housekeeping
Daily resident safety checks
Scheduled transportation for local shopping and other events
Round-the-clock emergency call response system
Regular health and wellness assessments
Medication counseling
Free laundry service

Additional services provided for residents who require regular personal attention and supervision with medication:
Regular assistance with activities of daily living
Assistance with managed/self-managed incontinence
Supervision of medication
Reality orientation
Daily housekeeping

Licensed Nursing Facility:
Licensed Nursing Care, located within Colonial Lodge, is designed to provide residents sensitive, affordable care. All of the services and amenities offered in Assisted Living are included in the following-
RN Nurse on duty eight hours a day
Recreational activities
Special diets
Post hospital care
Respite/vacation care (based on availability)
24-hour licensed nursing services on call through contact with a Home Health
Agency
Medicare certified
Restorative nursing care
Physical, speech and occupational therapies
