House at Cedar Ridge is a personal care home in Leander, Texas that offers 24-hour personal care, day care, or respite care for the elderly. House at Cedar Ridge is a family home. We are not a “facility†or an “institutionâ€. We are equipped to care for no more than three residents. This small size is our greatest asset, as it allows us to adapt to each of our residents. Because of our family environment, we are able to form relationships with our residents that are rarely seen in other care settings. We are also able to customize menus, activities, and even the décor to accommodate individual requirements and preferences.
As the owners of House at Cedar Ridge, we have years of experience in both working with persons with special needs, and the hospitality industry. Jennifer grew up in a personal care environment, and is a 5th generation residential care owner.
At House at Cedar Ridge, we offer much more than assistance with activities of daily living. From fulfilling basic requirements to providing total care, we can meet your needs. Our residents have daily interaction with children, pets, and the outdoors. We pride ourselves on this unique home environment, which is conducive to our resident's well-being.
Our services and amenities include:
24-hour guidance in a home shared with owners/caregivers
Coordination and oversight of services such as therapies, home health visits, and physician visits
Intergenerational activities
Seasonal menus, based on client preference
Private and semi-private rooms, with furnishings available
Visiting hair stylist available
Transportation provided for medical appointments, hair appointments, and personal shopping
We also provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulating. Incontinence management and medication supervision are also included.
